Joe "The Black Eagle"
Madison and former DEA agent Celrino Castillo lead a demonstration
in Los Angeles to demand answers from the CIA about crack cocaine
and Contra involvement. Agent Castillo saw drugs
being loaded on airplanes in Central America and was told to keep
quiet. He resigned from the DEA and went
public with information. Over 5,000 people marched in the streets of
downtown LA demanding answers.
