Raymond H Starkes III, known among XM Radio listeners as the financial/mortgage guru,  and be heard each Wednesday morning on XM Radio’s Joe Madison Show.  Mr. Starkes is the host of The Building Wealth Wednesday segment. Mr. Starkes also serves as the Managing Partner and Executive Officer of RHS3 and Associates and Mortgage America Companies, Inc. and a Partner of Residential Home Loan centers.

 
Mr. Starkes has been in the mortgage business for 20 years. He is also head of Wealth Building Ministries, a 501(c)3 non-profit.  He has provided professional expertise to many companies, including Mid-Atlantic Company of New Carrollton, HAI of Washington, D.C., where he services properties under leases to the D.C.Government and D.C. Contractors; the Inter-City Financial Services of Washington, D.C. as Department Head of Multi-Family and Commercial Lending under Fannie Mae and Ginnie Mae Multi-Family.

He is the author of The G.O.O.D. Book (Getting Out of Debt for Good, and has developed the Elements of Success and 4B’s(Banking, Buying, Budgeting and Borrowing) seminars.

RHS3 has development projects in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Florida and Mississippi, and is partner in a hospitality company with restaurants in Florida.

Mr. Starkes attended the University of Virginia majoring in Business Administration and the New York University School of Business majoring in Finance and Marketing.
